Elmalı Machinery: Industrial Production Presses Built for Reliability, Precision and Longevity

Some machines are bought for a season, and some are built for a lifetime of production. Elmalı Machinery designs and manufactures the second kind. Our industrial presses are made for production lines where reliability, precision and longevity matter every single shift. From 25-ton eccentric presses to 7000-ton hydraulic giants, each machine is engineered to keep your line running, your parts accurate and your cost per part low.

Who We Are

Elmalı Machinery is a specialist manufacturer of industrial production presses for sheet metal forming, serial manufacturing, heavy-duty applications and hot forging. We focus on three machine families: eccentric presses, punch presses and hydraulic presses, with press capacities ranging from 25 tons up to 7000 tons.

We have been manufacturing and exporting for years to more than 100 countries worldwide. That global experience means our engineers understand different standards, climates, tooling traditions and production cultures, and we build machines that perform wherever they are installed.

Our team combines mechanical design, hydraulic engineering and control expertise under one roof, so structure, power and automation are developed together rather than added on later. Customers choose us because we listen first, then engineer the solution that fits their line.

Purpose-Built for Production Lines, Not Workshops

Our position is clear and deliberate. We do not manufacture workshop-type, shop or manual presses. Every machine we build is designed for industrial production lines, and every design decision starts from the realities of mass production: tooling structure, automation requirements, durability and long-term operating efficiency.

That focus shows in the details. Frames are designed for continuous duty and high stiffness. Guiding systems are made to protect expensive dies. Controls are prepared for integration into larger lines. When you buy a press from us, you are buying a production asset, not just a piece of equipment.

Our Press Range at a Glance

  • Hydraulic presses, H frame: up to 7000 tons, including shipyard presses
  • Hydraulic presses, C frame: up to 500 tons
  • Eccentric presses (mechanical power presses), C frame: up to 400 tons
  • Eccentric presses, D frame: up to 500 tons
  • Eccentric presses, H frame double crank: up to 2000 tons
  • Hole punch and perforation machines: PLC control with dual servo-controlled sheet table

What Each Press Does Best

  • Deep drawing and heavy forming: H frame hydraulic presses with full tonnage along the stroke
  • High-speed blanking and stamping: eccentric presses with fast, repeatable cycles
  • Wide dies and balanced loads: double crank H frame eccentric presses up to 2000 tons
  • Open-front production tasks: C frame hydraulic and eccentric presses
  • Perforated and punched sheet products: servo-table hole punching machines
  • Composite and SMC molding: hydraulic presses with precise pressure control

Hydraulic Presses: H Frame Power up to 7000 Tons

When the job calls for enormous force, controlled speed and full tonnage along the entire stroke, a hydraulic press is the answer. Our H frame hydraulic presses reach up to 7000 tons and are built with rigid welded structures that resist deflection under load. They serve deep drawing, heavy plate forming, forging, straightening, pressing and the production of dished ends and large structural parts.

This range includes shipyard presses, designed for the large, thick plates used in hull and marine structures. Adjustable pressure, speed and stroke let operators tune every cycle to the material and the die, protecting both quality and tooling.

C Frame Hydraulic Presses up to 500 Tons

For applications that need open-front access and a compact footprint, our C frame hydraulic presses offer up to 500 tons of controlled force. They suit forming, bending, straightening, assembly and many production tasks where easy loading and unloading speed up the cycle.

Eccentric Presses: Speed and Repeatability for Serial Manufacturing

Mechanical eccentric presses, also known as power presses, remain the backbone of high-volume stamping. A flywheel stores energy, a clutch engages it, and the crank or eccentric mechanism delivers a precise, fast and perfectly repeatable stroke. They are the right choice for blanking, punching, bending and shallow forming where cycle rate matters.

  • C frame eccentric presses up to 400 tons: open access and flexible tooling setups
  • D frame eccentric presses up to 500 tons: a robust structure for demanding stamping jobs
  • H frame double crank eccentric presses up to 2000 tons: two-point drive for wide bolsters, large dies and balanced loads

Hole Punch and Perforation Machines

Our hole punch and perforation machines combine PLC control with a dual servo-controlled sheet table. The servo table positions the sheet quickly and accurately between strokes, which means complex hole patterns can be produced at high speed with consistent spacing. These machines are ideal for perforated sheets, ventilation and filtration panels, cladding, enclosures and decorative metal products.

Engineered Around Your Tooling and Automation

No two production lines are the same, so we engineer each press around your needs rather than forcing you to adapt. During design we consider:

  • Tooling structure, die size, shut height and weight
  • Servo feeders and coil handling for continuous feeding
  • Transfer systems for multi-station progressive production
  • CNC and PLC integration for repeatable, documented cycles
  • Durability targets and expected production volume
  • Long-term operational efficiency and maintenance access

The result is a press that fits into your line from day one, runs with minimal intervention and keeps its accuracy over years of service.

Industries We Serve

Our presses work across a wide range of sectors, including:

  • Automotive and white goods manufacturing
  • Agricultural machinery
  • Construction and mining equipment
  • Shipbuilding and heavy fabrication
  • Pressure vessels, tanks and energy equipment

In each of these industries, press reliability directly affects delivery times and profitability. A stopped press stops the whole line, which is why durability is built into every Elmalı machine.

Advanced Applications: SMC Composites, Aerospace and Defense

Beyond conventional stamping and forming, our hydraulic presses serve advanced production. Composite molding of SMC parts requires accurate pressure, parallelism and temperature-compatible tooling. Aerospace production demands tight tolerances and traceable processes. Defense industry production calls for strength, repeatability and dependable heavy-duty equipment. Elmalı presses are engineered to meet these demanding requirements.

Quality, Safety and Support

A press that works for decades must be built carefully. Frames are fabricated and machined with attention to stiffness and alignment, hydraulic and electrical systems are selected for reliability, and every machine is tested before it leaves the factory. Safety devices, guarding and control interlocks are specified according to the application and local requirements, protecting operators and tooling alike.

Our relationship does not end at delivery. Technical guidance, commissioning support and spare parts help your team keep the press productive for the whole of its service life.

Exporting to 100+ Countries

Experience in more than 100 countries gives us a deep understanding of international logistics, documentation and support. We prepare machines for safe shipment, support installation and commissioning, and work with customers on training, spare parts and long-term service. Whether you are in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa or the Americas, we are ready to supply and support your press.

Why Choose Elmalı Machinery?

  • Industrial focus: only production-grade presses, never workshop-type machines
  • Wide capacity range: from 25 to 7000 tons in hydraulic and eccentric designs
  • Custom engineering: built around your tooling, automation and production plan
  • Integration ready: servo feeders, transfer systems and CNC or PLC connections
  • Proven globally: supplying customers in more than 100 countries

Lower Total Cost of Ownership

The purchase price is only part of the story. A press built for production keeps its accuracy longer, protects dies from damage, and avoids the unplanned stops that quietly drain profit. Efficient drive systems, accessible maintenance points and robust components reduce running costs, while stable quality means less scrap and fewer rejected parts. Over the life of the machine, that is where real value is created.

The Elmalı Advantage in Numbers

  • 25 to 7000 tons of press capacity
  • 3 machine families: hydraulic, eccentric and punch presses
  • 100+ countries supplied worldwide
  • 0 workshop-type presses: industrial production machines only

How to Choose the Right Press

Start by defining your part, material and thickness, then the required tonnage, stroke, bed size and production rate. Decide whether hydraulic force and control or mechanical speed best suits the job, and list your automation needs. Our engineers will help you compare options and recommend a configuration that balances performance, cost and lifetime value.
